This page explains how Score with Me handles information in the app and on scorewith.me.
Profiles and game history
The app stores your player profile, game collection and score history on your device. Nearby game sessions use Apple’s Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. Connected players may share their profiles, photos and game history with other players in the session, including players who join later. Shared copies can remain in those players’ local libraries.
Contacts, photos and location
You can choose contacts and photos to add players or customize avatars. Contact names and selected photos become player details. Location is requested to find nearby places to play or shop; manual search is available. Nearby place searches use Apple’s mapping services.
Purchases and promotions
Supporter purchases are processed by Apple. The app does not receive your payment-card details. Sponsored game placements and nearby partner offers are labeled. The Supporter upgrade removes these placements.
Website forms
If you submit a beta request or partnership inquiry, we collect the details you enter, including your email and message, to respond to that request. Submissions are stored privately using Cloudflare and may be sent to our inquiry mailbox. We do not sell form submissions or add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Website security
Cloudflare hosts this site and processes requests for delivery and security. Forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam. The inquiry service stores a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions; it does not store raw IP addresses in the inquiry database. We do not use advertising pixels or website analytics in this version.
Retention and your choices
Use the contact link below to request access, correction or deletion of website submissions, or to withdraw a beta request. We retain inquiry details while handling the request and related follow-up, and remove them when no longer needed. You can manage app permissions in iPhone Settings and edit your profile in the app. Removing a local record does not automatically erase copies already shared with other players.
